Working demo, not a mockup.
A new site, a full booking flow, live tracking, parcels, and six office agents. Built on Tanna's real timetable: 15 departures, ₹362, thirteen boarding points.
We built it before asking for a call.
Everything on the following pages is clickable. The routes, times, fares, seat layout, ladies seats and boarding points are copied from tannabus.in on 14 September. Nothing here needs you to take our word for it.
- 1Open the home page. Tomorrow's Bhavnagar to Ahmedabad board is already there.
- 2Tap a 6:00 AM bus. Pick seats 23 and 26. Board at Nilambag Circle.
- 3Add two names. Ladies seats refuse a male passenger, as your counter does.
- 4Pay by UPI. Demo checkout. A PNR and QR ticket come back.
- 5Track the bus. Live position, ETA, next stop. Then cancel from My bookings.
- 6Open Ops Copilot. Watch a Gujarati WhatsApp booking complete itself.
Six things a passenger meets today, each checkable on tannabus.in in thirty seconds
The festival popup opens over the search box on every first visit and has to be closed before booking.
The city picker cleared our source city when we typed the destination. It took three tries to search.
Search for today returns “No buses found” once the last departure has passed, with no pointer to tomorrow's first bus.
Bus tracking lives in the app download, not on the web page passengers land on from Google.
Cancellation is a separate page with its own login rather than a button on the ticket.
Parcel receivers are told by phone call from the counter, not by message when the bus reaches Paldi.
None of this is unusual for a site running on a shared operator platform. It is the gap between what the platform gives every operator and what a 35-year-old brand with 15 daily departures on one road can have for itself.
One road, said plainly
- The search is the hero. From, to, date, go. Tomorrow is pre-selected because that is what most people book.
- Tomorrow's board is on the page. Six next departures with seats left, before anyone searches.
- Your own photos, your own colours. Tanna indigo and red, Gujarati beside English, the coach from your slider.
- Phone first. Every screen is built for a 6-inch phone at a bus stand, then widened for desktop.

Bus, seats, passengers, pay, ticket. Five steps, always visible.
Time-of-day filters, a five-day date strip, boarding points inline, and the seat map drawn exactly as your 41-seater is laid out, pink for ladies seats.

A ticket that goes to WhatsApp, and a bus you can see moving
PNR, QR, boarding point with time, passenger manifest, refund rule in one line. Tracking shows next stop, ETA and speed from the bus GPS you already fit.

The rest of what the counter does, on the phone in the passenger's hand
Lane, size, sender, receiver. LR number on booking. Receiver messaged when the bus reaches the office; OTP on collection replaces the signature book.
Sign in with the mobile number and one OTP. View, track, change bus, cancel with the refund amount shown before confirming.
No accounts to forget. The number they booked with is the account, which is how they already think of it.
The office phone rings about 300 times a day
Six agents that sit on the new site and your booking data. They answer in Gujarati, Hindi and English, and hand exceptions to staff with the context already filled in.
- 01WhatsApp booking
- 02Route enquiry voice line
- 03Cancellations and refunds
- 04Parcel updates
- 05Seat yield alerts

Nine hours of desk time a day becomes about one
| Daily task at Waghavadi Road | Minutes today | With Copilot | Handled by |
|---|---|---|---|
| Route enquiry calls | 190 | 25 | Voice agent; humans for exceptions |
| Phone bookings | 140 | 20 | WhatsApp agent and the site |
| Cancellations and refunds | 75 | 10 | Policy engine; disputes to staff |
| Calling parcel receivers | 60 | 5 | GPS-triggered messages |
| Manifest and day-end tally | 45 | 5 | Generated, sent 5 AM |
| Festival and offer broadcasts | 30 | 2 | Approved templates |
| Total | 9h 00m | 1h 07m | 88% of desk time freed |
These are estimates for a two-desk office at 300 calls a day. The real figures come from two weeks of your call log before any agent is switched on, and we put them in this table in place of ours.
Site first. Then one agent every two weeks, each in shadow mode before it goes live.
Connected to the Infinity backend you already run. Same PNRs, same seat inventory, same payments. Old site stays up until the day of switch.
Runs on your existing business number. Week 3 shadow: staff see every reply before it sends. Week 4 live.
Answers first on 97240 14831. Anything unresolved rings the desk with a one-line summary. Same numbers for customers.
Each one a rule set you approve, then a switch you can turn off.

Salient Studio. AI product engineering, from Gujarat.
We build customer-facing software and the agents that sit behind it, and we ship in days rather than quarters. This demo took one evening because your timetable, boarding points and seat map were already good; we had nothing to invent.
- · A Gujarati, Hindi and English phone care agent already in production for a Gujarat business.
- · A 24/7 agent system that runs code review and QA for a software company without a human on shift.
- · Consumer tools shipped end to end: a deals agent with a live Telegram channel, a race-two-AIs benchmark used by developers.
This demo runs at a private link we will send on WhatsApp. It stores bookings only in the browser and charges nothing.
Open the demo on your phone. Book the 6 AM. Then tell us which of the six calls you would hand over first.
You click through the demo. We answer on WhatsApp.
Thirty minutes on a call with the site open. Two weeks of call logs, if you are willing to share them.
Phase 1 starts. Day-one refund rule applies.
